Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via PostNL with tracking (if it’s provided by the deliverer) and drop-off without signature.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at our risk. In the event that an item arrives damaged, this must be reported to De Candelaer within one week by way of an e-mail accompanied by a digital photograph showing the damage.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Return policy
Exchange is only possible within The Netherlands. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it must be exchanged in our shop by your own arrangement.
